Trimless Face with Acrylic
An upgraded option to the standard Trim Cap Channel Letters is using a pure white acrylic with no trim-style border surrounding the font letter or logo. It gives a slick look with no loss of real estate for logos.

Trimless with Epoxy Resign Face
Unlike traditional indoor channel letters that come in flimsy & bulky aluminum cans with cheap looking acrylic faces, the latest design in LED lit channel letters are made with translucent white epoxy resin for the face & high quality stainless steel for the return. The combination of such materials has created a very solid & strong feel for the channel letters along with a much thinner return because the epoxy resin face diffuses light more efficiently than acrylic covers which require a wider gap from the LED modules inside the can.
